Research On Tourist Village Planning Strategies Based On Community Empowerment Concept

With the rapid development of rural tourism,more and more urban residents into the country,visiting landscape,experience homesickness.Rural tourism has important significance for economic growth,environmental quality improvement and indu strial structure optimization in rural areas.Rural tourism provides a new way of thinking for the village construction.Regarding to the development of rural tourism,tourist village is the most representative.Relying on resources advantages and the characteristics of the village,tourist village oriented tourism type,driving the common development of other industries,to realize the fast growth of the rural economy.However,there have been many problems which cause the construction did not achieve the desired effect in the process of development.Tourist village planning has been widely attention.The purpose of this research is grasping the key problem and put forward to optimize planning strategies of tourist village.In Japan and Taiwan province of China,with the guidance of the concept of “community empowerment”,community construction has achieved many outstanding results which has reference significance to tourist village.Through exploring the concept and development of “community empowerment”,the study combined with the actual situation proposes the corresponding planning strategies.These strategies maybe have certain guiding significance to tourist village planning in China.This article firstly discusses the research background and combs the development process of tourist village.The paper studies the theory and practical experience of global tourist village planning on the basis of defining the related concepts.The research carries on detailed analysis to concept and development of “community empowerment”.Combined with typical cases,the paper summarizes characteristics and methods of community empowerment to lay the foundation for tourist village planning strategies.Secondly,the article,analyzing the characteristics,types and existing problems about tourist village in China,demonstrates the applicability and feasibility of the concept of community empowerment in domestic tourist village planning from theoretical angle and realistic angle.Finally,combining the concept of “community empowerment” with the development of domestic tourist village,the paper puts forward targeted planning strategies.With the planning of Taiyangyu village in Qianxi county of Hebei province as an example,the article put s planning strategies based on the concept of “community empowerment” into practice,and strives to achieve effective test of constructed theory and optimization.
