| In the context of stock planning,community empowerment is an important proposition in the construction of urban settlements in China.Urban communities are the main place for people’s lives,and this contradiction is particularly prominent.Community empowerment fits the main direction of current urban and social development,and provides new thinking and new opportunities for solving the contradiction between the needs of better life and the imbalance of inadequate development.As a specific type of community creation,art intervention has a low threshold and is easy to operate,and it is easy to promote cross-domain cooperation.Community empowerment can use the methods of art intervention to accomplish the goal of rebuilding the sense of community,reflecting on the community environment and developing community awareness,and ultimately achieving sustainable development of the community.This paper first summarizes the practical status of community empowerment,the theoretical research of community empowerment and the community empowerment practice and research of art intervention.In the summary of the practice status and theoretical research of community empowerment,through the emergence and dissemination,concepts,types and related research summaries,the basic theories,action modes and specific methods of community empowerment are proposed.In the review of community construction practice and research involving art,it sorts out the development context,main strategy,model type and method path of art “intervention”.(Chapter 2)On this basis,combined with the research objects of this paper-Taiwan Nei Li,Zhu Wei and Guangzhou Zhu Sigang,mainly using text analysis and participation in observational field survey methods,from core conflicts,triggers,subjects(community Based on the five levels of operation mode and spatial effect,the paper analyzes and summarizes the art intervention community.(Chapter 3,Chapter 4,Chapter 5)Nei Li’s art “cutting in”: from intervention to cooperation,participatory mode of operation.Its art involvement in community empowerment is a process of “doing high school”,advancing in “trying” and constantly exploring.Starting from a letter from the community to the headmaster of Yuanzhi University,the Department of Arts and Technology of Yuanzhi University and the Neizhili have had many years of cooperation.After nearly a decade of “cultivation”,there are many in the process.Introspection,transformation and discovery have gradually become a participatory cooperation mechanism between “university” and “community”,gradually generating the influence of “change”.(Chapter 3)Zhu Wei’s art “intrusion”: constructing a “cross-domain” mode of operation.Its art involvement community creation is initiated by local artists and works with local institutions.From environmental art issues,through cooperation with the community and creative dialogue with different professions,the ultimate vision is to “re-define an ideal together”.The Living System/Blueprint is a cross-disciplinary initiative that covers art creation,education,theater,aesthetics of life,and urban planning."Tree Meikeng Creek Environmental Art Action" is a land that is broken by water,and establishes the relationship between community residents and Shumeikeng River by action,and combines various professionals and local people with the openness of art to try to make Environmental art action has become the power of change.(Chapter 4)Zhu Sigang’s art “infiltration”: the operation mode of “art + life / ecology / education”.The art involvement community creation is an invitation from the local institutions to the artist,with the theme of “Art and life without boundaries”,from the presentation of a single public art work of “Unbounded Wall” to a large-scale art curator of “Unbounded Art Season”.Increased new topics and attract more and more diverse participants.Although the community has a shorter incubation period,there is currently no government funding.However,in terms of media reports and social benefits,the "community identity and association ability" generated in the short term is obvious to all.Through a series of artistic creations,the fermentation continues in Zhu Sigang,slowly generating the energy to “change” the community.(Chapter 5)Then,through the method of inductive comparison,the urban community of art intervention is used to create an experience interpretation,and summarize the common values behind the differences of different cases.Through the comparative analysis of the three,the core conflicts of the community involved in the urban community are divided into two categories: interpersonal relationship contradictions and human-land relationship contradictions;trigger factors can be roughly divided into dealing with “crisis” and “improving the environment”.Mobilization;the main body(community)created by art involvement in urban communities includes: resource providers,planners,professionals,partners,and community residents.The completion of actions depends on cooperation and communication between roles;Larger,but overall,it is a
