| In the process of installation of central air conditioning water system,the deviation of schedule/cost is often occurred.Because the contractors are difficult to find the deviation and determine the deviation of the process,so the effective measures cannot be taken timely,and ultimately leading to schedule/cost lost control.The main reason is that the setting of work breakdown structure and monitor point of central air-conditioning water system in the process control is unreasonable,while the existing literature has not proposed an effective solution.Aiming at the problem of the deviation of schedule/cost that occurred in the installation of central air-conditioning water system,this paper analyzes and compares the common schedule/cost control methods,combined with the characteristics of the central air-conditioning water system installation project,and determines the two-level earned value is the method for controlling the installation of central air-conditioning water system.Through the analysis,the main reason of schedule/cost out of control is the setting of work breakdown structure and monitor point.By comparing and analyzing,the work breakdown structure of central air conditioning water system installation project is decomposed by system function,and the setting of monitor point is set up with average distribution.Finally take a shopping center air-conditioning water system installation project as an example,through the use of two-level earned value method,reasonable set work breakdown structure and monitor point,to explain the feasibility of the solution.At the same time,the application of the two-level earned value method to control the schedule/cost is also detailed.The two-level earned value method is effective in the installation of the central air-conditioning water system.It can effectively avoid the phenomenon of the deviation which cover up the real performance of the project.According to the function of the system to breakdown the structure,the monitor points are set at the weekend,and the practical application can effectively control the associated deviation of schedule/cost.Make the risk of schedule/cost under control.The application of this method in other fields is still to be studied. |
