The Research On Risk Management Of Chongqing Rail Transit Project In Preliminary Stage

In the urban rail transit project management,the pre-management occupies an important position.As the urban rail transit projects generally have the characteristics of large investment scale,long construction period,high technical requirements,therefore,before the formal construction of the project,the project faces some uncertainty factors.During the pre-project risk assessment,if these implied risk factors are not adequately identified and analyzed,these risk factors are likely to occur in the subsequent stages of the project,which in turn affects the achievement of the expected objectives of the rail transit project and even the failure of the project.In the pre-risk management of urban rail transit projects,taking full account of the actual situation of the project,scientifically identifying,analyzing and evaluating the risk factors in the implementation and follow-up of the project,and coming up with relevant risk prevention measures to reduce the risk of occurrence of the probability,reducing the losses caused by the risks as far as possible,Which has great significance to the smooth realization of project construction and expected operation.This paper hopes to study the risk management of the rail transit project and formulate effective risk response measures to ensure the realization of the social,economic and environmental benefits of urban rail transit projects.This paper takes the pre-project risk management as the research topic,takes the Chongqing Rail Transit Line 5 project as the specific research case,summarize the research results of domestic and foreign experts and comb the relevant theory.On this basis,this paper considers the actual situation of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 5 project,and recognizes the risks of policy,economy,technology,organization and management,construction management and force majeure,then adopts the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate these risks,which result is that the top three risks of the project is economic risk,technical risk,organizational management risk.On this basis,the paper puts forward the corresponding risk response measures in order to provide scientific guidance for the smooth implementation of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 5 project.
