Currently,the Railway Logistics Park(RLP)is experiencing a high speed development.With the quickly development of the Internet of Things(IoT)Technology and the new model of "Internet+ Railway Freight",the RLP is facing new challenges.RLP as a key point of railway logistics plays important roles in stimulating logistics operation efficiency,increasing logistics service level and logistics cost reduction in the case of rationalizing the internal operation in the park.Using the IoT to optimize the operation organization meets the demands of railway logistics development,which has practical influences to RLP innovation.With the application of IoT in RLP,this paper pays attention on Gate District operation and Container Loading-and-Unloading and the main research are as follows:1.Analyzing the application situation of the RLP and the IoT.This section will focus on demonstration the definition of IoT and that of key technologies,as well as analyzing the influence of RLP.2.By the method of Anylogic simulation,we compare the operation characteristics of single-queue queuing mode and multi-queue queuing mode in Gate District.Besides,combining the IoT,this paper divides the priorities according to the rest time of freights transportation and the temporal sensitivity and proposes a strategy of gate districts'single-queue queuing based on IoT,so that it's available to achieve the prior operation for higher priority freight cars.Through algorithm analysis,we can find that the average waiting time cuts down nearly 8 times after dividing priorities,thus the punctual delivery rate of freights with different aging requirements is greatly improved,meanwhile,the logistics cost is reduced,which verifies the validity of simulation model and the accuracy of the results.3.Establishing a multi-objective programming model of loading-and-unloading operation based on IoT,with RLP's container handling operation area as the research object.The objectives are minimizing gate hoists' biggest job completion time and minimizing the priority coefficient of container trucks' the operation delay time,considering the constraints of handling operation rime and the interferences among gate hoists,etc.And finally,this paper takes an example based on the practical situation and designs a GA(Genetic Algorithm)to calculate the proposal model on the combination of MATLAB,then we can obtain the optimization program of container loading-and-unloading operation.Comparing the situations of using IoT and the previous situation without IoT,the waiting time of container trucks has decreased by nearly 4 times,which verifies the validity of the proposal model and algorithm.
