| As ships move through the water,they generate waves and other phenomena due to interaction between ship hull and water,which is called ship-generated waves.In recent years,a number of very serious mooring accidents have occurred due to passing ships,including ship collision pier or broken cable accidents.However,domestic and foreign scholars more focus on theoretical research,real ship observation test or ship model test,related researche results are restricted by experience under specific conditions.Meanwhile,the empirical formulas summaried by experts are not used universally,and above research can not meet the need of practical engineering application.In addition,there are little related regulations about the effect of passing vessel on mooring vessel in the existing provisions for port engineering design;Although《Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea》proposed ship safe speed and safe distance concept,the relevant quantitative standards are not given;Waves generated by the latest high-speed catamaran and large-scale cargo ship have significantly negative impact on moored ship.Theoretical research and numerical simulation research are used by this paper based on the actual engineering requirement and the control variables in order to solve actual engineering problems;then,an internationally recognized OPTIMOOR mooring analysis software is applied to analyze the effect of ship-generated wave on the safety of the moored vessel.The optimal goal is to supplement numerical simulation data of ship-generated wave in the study mooring force,to perfect safety evalution index,further to enhance the security of mooring ship,and to provide technical support for terminal construction and channel construction.Through reading domestic and foreign research about ship generated wave,study calculation model used in OPTIMOOR software and fluid mechanics,further explore the ship and water fluctuation and the action of mechanism and volatility change rule,in order to do systematic research on influencing factors of ship-generated wave.With the help of OPTIMOOR mooring analysis software to study the influence of the mooring ship safety,and improve the level of our country in the aspects of the numerical simulation.The final goal is to achieve balance among mooring line mooring force,ship movement and fender impact force,and establish the comprehensive safety evaluation system of the mooring system to determine the safe speed and safe diatance of passing ship,which will provide data support and theory basis for maritime authorities.Finally,research results are real,reliable,and have good pratical valus. |
