After the completion of the Three Gorges ship lock,the navigation conditions of the Three Gorges dam area and the reservoir area have changed greatly,the improvement of the waterway condition has promoted the rapid development of the ship enlargement.According to statistics,the average tonnage of Three Gorges lockage cargo ship has growth from 1048 t in 2004 to 4036.3t in 2015,which has an obvious growth trend.However,the existing mooring capacity of Three Gorges ship lock is designed and checked on the measure of the 4?3000t fleet lockage situation,if taking the current mooring capacity of the lock mooring facilities as standard,the majority ships may not meet the safety conditions of ship berthing.According to the survey data,since 2011,the number of mooring safety accidents occur each year was more than 20 times.Lockage mooring safety should be the first priority to guarantee for ship large-scale development.Many factors affect the safety of ship lockage mooring safety and ship mooring force in lock chamber is the most important one.Before the rapid development of ship enlargement,the capacity of lock mooring facilities is adequacy so the mooring force index is seldom considered in the ship form demonstration.However,with the increasing of single ship scale and tonnage level,the safety problem of the Three Gorges ship lock system is highlighted.Therefore,it is urgent to study the relationship between ship scale and the safety of the Three Gorges ship lock.Because of the complex of hydrodynamic in lock chamber,the quantitative method of ship mooring force is lacking.combining the theoretical analysis with the method of the real ship test,according to the different stages of ship lockage,the ship lockage mooring force calculation model has been established and introduced in large-scale ship demonstration,meanwhile,the research result can provide support for ship enlargement development in the future.This paper first describes the research background,purpose and significance,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,then the influencing factors of the Three Gorges shiplock lockage mooring safety are analyzed,mainly are chamber mooring facilities,ship factors,human factors,with calculation parameters of lockagemooring force determined.According to the existing theory and observation of ships,construct ship lockage mooring force calculation model preliminarily.Then real ship test has been taken to obtain the numerical value of mooring force and calculation parameters.Finally,establish the lockage mooring safety criterion index based on the calculation model and apply it to the analysis of the existing ship adaptability of lockage mooring and lockage ship form comprehensive demonstration.
