Abstract/Summary:
Under the impact of the tide of urban construction, the problems such as the backwardness of the historic district and the deterioration of the environment have gradually become the focus of urban development. It is of great importance to think about how to protect the existing historical neighborhoods,to prevent the disappearance of local cultural characteristics, and to think about the way in which historical neighborhoods can be integrated with modern cities.China’s current government under the leadership of the protection and utilization of historical blocks in the work of the emergence of a lot of areas need to be improved, such as early investment and practical inefficient large-scale historical district transformation to the government caused greater economic pressure, but also on the history the neighborhood has caused varying degrees of "constructive damage",which has caused some impact on the original social structure and living environment of the neighborhood, and the lack of public participation in the community, the lack of consideration of the demands of community residents, which give history the protection of the neighborhood caused obstacles. In order to solve this series of problems, many domestic experts and scholars have carried out the relevant research and project practice. The "bottom-up" historical district protection and utilization model is a good solution to the practical problems encountered in a series of problems, this update model because of its "small scale, organic, progressive" characteristics and highly respected. In this way,the author also through the "bottom-up" perspective to explore a suitable for Jingzhou Shengli Street protection and utilization of the feasibility of the strategy. The research object of this paper is the protection and utilization of historical blocks, and the relevant research is the starting point, and the research methods are summarized, analyzed and verified.Firstly, the relevant theories and development course of the protection and utilization of historical blocks at home and abroad are summarized. Then, the relevant cases of four different regions in Hong Kong,Taiwan and Japan are selected and analyzed. Finally,a lot of research is carried out on Jingzhou Shengli Street.Based on the analysis of the application of "bottom-up" protection and utilization theory, this paper explores the protection and utilization strategies of Shengli Street in Jingzhou, and puts forward the relevant design scheme for the concrete courtyard of 230-242 Shengli Street,so as to provide practical reference and consultation for the protection and utilization of historical blocks.
