Scissors hydraulic lifting platform has always been the research object in the development of mechanical engineering, but the domestic lifting platform design is basically based on imitation of foreign and design of experience. And many domestic enterprises do not take full advantage of many resources which computer technology brings, they still remain the simple design and assembling by hand, which led to the long cycle of new product developing, that will cost a lot of human and financial resources, this way is not conducive to enhance their market competitiveness. With the development of modular, intelligent, information technology, parametric design of product in the field of mechanical design is applied more and more widely, so providing a design platform with good interactive and highly intelligent features is necessary, that will play an important role in shorting manufacturing cycle and improving production efficiency.SJY-16 scissors hydraulic lifting platform is the study of this paper, through the use of secondary development technology about SolidWorks and engineering database technology about Access, a virtual hydraulic scissor lift platform design system is achieved, and the parameters are optimized which impact scissor lift platform working performance.The research of this paper runs as follows:Depending on the application situation, the SJY-16 scissor lifting platform is established as a mathematical model which a cylinder push three piece of scissor arm, and then conduct research related to the mechanical properties of strength and stiffness by using theoretical formula.The system uses the C# programming language to develop software platform. The system’s operating environment combines of SolidWorks 2012 and Vistual Studio 2010 and Vistual Studio 2010 is used as development environment, and then programming the calculating process through C# programming language, while establishing data table of part model and assembling information table. The Microsoft Access 2003 database is used as a data storage unit, then part models and assembly models can be built with program-driven approach. In this way, the development of the whole system can be completed.The theoretical calculations are verified the accuracy through the finite element analysis, the structure optimizing includes optimization of model parameters and assembling parameters, SolidWorks Simulation module is used to optimize parameters of the main parts. Therefore the mechanical properties of the product can be improved and the light weight design of the product also can be realized.
