Scissor lifting platform is a kind of commonly used aerial work equipment,It has many advantages,such as simple structure,stable operation,simple operation and high efficiency.It is used for maintenance,clean and setup in the high altitude.With the wide use of lifting platform,some performances,such as strength,stability and so on,become poor.Therefore,It has important economic significance and social significance to make a set of theory to analyze strength and stability for lifting platform with different structure.Force,strength and stability of ES3246 scissors lifting platform were analyzed in this article,and a set of theories were obtained,which can offer data support for design,analysis and optimization of different structure lifting platform.The main work in this paper can be summarized in the following content.(1)Calculate driving force based on virtual displacement principle.According to the difference of virtual displacement,three methods were used to deduce the expression of driving force.After comparison of the result and test data,the appropriate method was decided,and the maximum of driving force and the status of lifting platform when driving force become maximum were obtained.(2)Two methods were used to calculate joint-forces of ES3246 in the ideal condition,the calculation results were compared to judge the validity of calculation methods.The poor scissors shafts were decided based on joint-force obtained.Calculate joint-forces again with considering friction and biased load,make the comparison for the two data to verify the influence of friction and biased load.(3)Three dimensional(3D)model of poor scissors shafts were built with solidworks.The 3D model were imported into Workbench to make stress analysis for the poor scissors shafts in the normal work condition and biased work condition respectively.According to result,the strength of ES3246 can meet requirement.Change the size of scissors shafts and calculate the stress of different sizes’ scissors shafts.The orthogonal test was used to decide the maximalinfluence factor of scissors shafts’ stress,which offer theoretical foundation for the optimization design of scissors lifting platform.(4)The capsized model of scissors lifting platform in two work conditions were built,the method of moment balance was used to verify that stability against overturning of lifting platform meet national standard;The relation of hydraulic cylinder’s velocity and lifting platform’s velocity was built,and decide the movement stability by analyzing variation tendency of lifting platform’s velocity;Calculate every scissors shaft’s deflection in the normal work condition and have the sum of the scissors shaft’s deflection as horizontal offset in the normal work condition.Calculate very scissors shaft’s deflection in the biased load work condition and the deformation generated by biased load moment,and have the sum of the scissors shaft’s deflection and the deformation as horizontal offset in the biased load work condition.
