Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings have many advantages such as environment friendly and high degree of automation and information in all aspects of production and construction.In recent years,with the strong support of national policies,prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly.The high-speed development has also put forward higher requirements for the construction equipment of prefabricated buildings,and the demand for high-precision,highperformance special construction equipment has continued to increase.If the concept of modular design is introduced during the development stage of construction equipment,it can improve the generality of the equipment,shorten the production cycle of the equipment,reduce the cost of equipment use,increase the utilization rate of the equipment,etc.so as to promote the further development of related research and practice of prefabricated buildings.This article takes a prefabricated building-specific lifting platform that can fully automatic construction as the research object,determines the overall design plan of the lifting platform and a set of feasible modular design plans.Then combines the finite element analysis software to optimize the structure of the designed lifting platform.The main research processes and methods are as follows:(1)Overall design scheme: the overall design scheme of the lifting platform shall be determined based on the construction process of the lifting platform,the connection requirements of each part and the characteristics of the service object,including the overall size of the lifting platform,the section form of the upper and lower steel beams,the connection form of each part and the steel selection,etc.(2)Modular design scheme: referring to the coordination standard of building modulus,taking full account of the scale of special lifting platform,transportation,loadbearing limit and combination form of lifting equipment,modular design is carried out for the upper and lower steel frame beams of the lifting platform,and the reasonable non-standard section and standard section length are finally determined,and the module number applicable to the actual project is proposed,which meets the different sizes The prefabrication and assembly building combination also improves the transportation and installation efficiency of the special lifting platform.(3)Optimization of lifting platform structure: Based on the previous two parts of research,the maximum number of modules is used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model for analysis.The model is based on the number of neutral columns,cantilever end cable form,and lower steel beam webs.The model takes the four influencing factors as the optimization variable.It`s including the cross-neutral column number,the cantilever end cable form,the lower steel beam belly bar form,the height of upper and lower steel beam.The optimization objectives are to reduce the vertical deformation of the structure and the internal force of the main components.With reference to the engineering operation background,the operating conditions are simulated to optimize the design of the lifting platform.
