Research On Community Home-based Care Facilities And Intelligence

With the improvement of the degree of aging in our country,the pension problem has become a common problem faced by the government and the community.The traditional family pension model has been unable to adapt to the current situation of China’s pension,replaced by a variety of pension models such as home care model,community pension model,institutional pension model and so on.In this paper,the model of community home-based care is a combination of home care model and community pension model.It formed a community-based home care model.On the basis of the research on the community home-based care facilities and the corresponding intelligence,this paper tries to construct a new system of community home-based care facilities.In this paper,through investigation of the current pension facilities have been studied and found many problems,on the basis of community home-based facilities from the service object,scope and function of the endowment facilities are divided into three categories: community home-based care services,community home-based care centers,community home-based services center.Secondly,from the perspective of the overall planning,architectural design strategy and other aspects of the analysis,including the service radius and the size,layout,structure and function of space usage and corresponding plane exploration,so as to form a perfect system of community home-based care facilities.The research of community home-based care facilities will improve the quality and efficiency of service for the elderly.Firstly,the paper has studied the main content of the pension facilities intelligent mode,service platform and service system;analyzes its main content of equipment layer,platform layer and service layer and mutual responsibility;secondly has been implemented and not implemented in the intelligent equipment are summarized;and in accordance with the elderly pension demand is divided into three categories,the formation of a level three incremental pension facilities intelligent system.Through the research of community home-based care facilities and intelligent,It will further improve China’s endowment facilities design methods and strategies,to provide a theoretical reference for the design of future pension facilities,at the same time,It has practical significance to solve the pension problem in China at present.
