Quzhou Community Home Pension Planning Layout Research

In recent years,China's aging problem has become increasingly serious,and Zhejiang Province is also facing the same problem.Quzhou City's aging problem is more prominent in the province.In the context of the new era,home-based pension as a livelihood project is receiving more and more attention.The growth of the average life span of the elderly,the increase of the base of the elderly population,the increase of the demand for home-based pension,and the imbalance of the layout of home-based pension facilities,inadequate allocation of contradictions are fully manifested.Therefore,it is of practical significance to take Quzhou City as an example to study the planning of home-based pension service facilities and put forward planning strategies for home-based pension facilities.Firstly,this paper analyses the background of pension at the national,provincial and municipal levels,and clarifies the relevant concepts,research scope and research purposes.In this paper,the relevant research and discussion at home and abroad are sorted out,focusing on home-based pension service model and urban home-based pension service facilities at home,and the significance of practical reference for Quzhou is summarized.Secondly,a comprehensive survey was conducted on 6 streets and 31 communities in Quzhou central urban area to analyze the status quo of home-based pension service facilities,such as classification,service content,allocation scale,and other related factors affecting the layout of home-based pension service facilities,such as population density,distribution of the elderly population,block scale,travel distance,land stock,etc.The age structure,income level and service demand of the service population are analyzed,and the problems of the current home-based pension service facilities in Quzhou City are summarized in terms of classification and spatial layout,mode,service content and allocation scale.Thirdly,through the study of Quzhou'shome-based pension service facilities system,this paper analyses the inadaptability of relevant policies,norms,technical regulations currently implemented and Quzhou's actual situation,and puts forward suggestions on the classification,content,scale and mode of Quzhou's home-based pension service facilities.Fourthly,this paper studies and puts forward Quzhou home-based pension classification system and classification system,and takes three streets as an example to carry out practical exploration,and puts forward specific planning strategies and space layout optimization suggestions for three types of home-based pension service facilities: space tapping potential type,demolition and reconstruction type and new town construction type.This paper analyses the existing problems of home-based pension service facilities in Quzhou City,and puts forward some planning suggestions and strategies,which have guiding significance for optimizing the spatial layout and allocation of facilities.At the same time,it can also provide some reference for some cities with the same level of economic development,similar spatial form and similar population size.
