With the development of economic globalization and the diversity of market demands,the competition among automotive assembly enterprises is more and more fierce,additionally the fierce competition causes the high efficiency and low cost become the target of company and the focus of competition.Currently,most of low-speed truck manufacturing companies use semi-automatic water production organization methods for the vehicle assembly in GuangXi.The assembly process is one of the important links which affects the efficiency and production cost,therefore using the scientific methods to optimize assembly process so as to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost,which has practical significance and strategic significance.In this paper,it uses the assembly production process of low-speed truck as the research object which locates in GuangXi in order to find out the existing problems in the assembly process,using direct measurement of work measurement methods which is inputing the standardal working time of each procedure into the computer software and then use computer software fits the best distribution function,set up and run the parameters of the simulation model so as to establish the current assembly line simulation model.Finding out the existing in the assembly process of the bottleneck process by running out the analysis of simulation results and detailing the specific operation time of the bottleneck process.Finally,it aims to maximum and reduce the invalid work time,put forward the optimization scheme,make a comprision between the simulation results of the analysis before and after optimization so as to prove the feasibility of optimization scheme.The research achievements of this paper is mainly getting theories combined with practice through the investigation and analysis of typical low-speed truck enterprise in GuangXi and its characteristics and assembly production process,using advanced computer simulation optimization software simulation modeling to find out the bottleneck process and improve the assembly efficiency and quality according to the bottleneck of the existing problem.At the same time,using the simulation software of dynamic simulation function to simplify the complex production system in order to realize the assembly line production process visualization.It contributes references to small and medium-sized automobile vehicle assembly enterprises in GuangXi which wants to achieve the scientific and rational control of the assembly process.
