With the development of rapid economic and the progress of social,The country's requirements for manufacturing are getting higher and higher,outdated production management model more and more can not meet the increasing social needs,the dominant position of manufacturing industry in the market competition has been threatened.Therefore,improving the traditional and backward production mode of manufacturing industry and optimizing manufacturing production process are an important research topic in our society.Simulation technology has become an important technology for research and optimization of manufacturing production process.Through the simulation technology can be achieved on the actual production system simulation,visualize the operational status of the actual production system,identify the problems in the system,and through the process analyzer to put forward the optimization plan to optimize the actual production process,to improve enterprise resource utilization and production efficiency.This paper uses simulation technology to research and optimize the safety clamp production process of a private enterprise in Shijiazhuang.First select the three key components of the safety gear: wedge,slider,bracket,the production process analysis,the use of ECRS four principles of the three key pieces of the production process is simplified,the establishment of the three key pieces of hybrid The logical model of the production process.Then based on the collected real data,using Arena simulation software to set parameters of the logic model,a complete simulation model and animation model are established,and the visualization of the dynamic production system is realized.Finally,through the analysis and research on the simulation results,the bottleneck process in the actual production system is found,and five kinds of improvement programs are put forward.By using the process analyzer,the output results of the five schemes are compared and analyzed.According to the actual situation of enterprises,Determine an optimization program.Process resource utilization was 79%,down from the original 99.43% below the threshold,eliminating the bottleneck in the system.Other processing units have improved resource utilization and remain below the threshold.The output of the optimized production system increased from 148 to 169,an increase of 21.Optimized to shorten the processing time of parts,reducing the number of parts queuing congestion,but also reduce the cost of production.Through the cooperation with TH,the improved scheme was applied to the production process of safety gear.The output of key parts of safety gear increased from 142 to 161,an increase of 19,and the production efficiency increased by 12.4%.Production efficiency and capacity throughout the production process.It is concluded that the use of Arena simulation technology for the production process research for the optimization of manufacturing production process provides a scientific way of thinking and methods.
