Along with network technology developing rapidly, the networked manufacturing technology emerges as the times require combining with information technology, network technology numericalization technology and manufacturing technology. At the background of networked manufacturing, the higher demands of products process allocation are brought forward for dynamic, distributed and networked manufacturing resources. In the circumstance of networked manufacturing, manufacturing resources optimization deployment has very important effects on the improving product quality, reducing production cost and increasing enterprises benefits; the products process allocation is directly impact on the results of utilizing the networked manufacturing resources reasonable and efficiency; therefore researching on networked process allocation based on manufacturing resources optimization deployment is provided with crucial theory value and practical significance.This dissertation started with system structure and connotation of networked process allocation technology, with manufacturing resources modeling as foundation, towards to dynamic manufacturing alliance, the key technologies and system structure of networked process allocation based on manufacturing resources optimization deployment have been studied deeply. Main points of this dissertation include:Combined with analyzing research actuality of technology in networked manufacturing, process allocation, manufacturing resources modeling and optimization deployment, and networked manufacturing integrated system, the existent problems and trend of them have been put forward. On the basis of these, the system of networked process allocation based on manufacturing resources optimization deployment has been brought forward; its definition, function and system structure were presented, its work flow was expounded. The key technologies of networked process allocation were discussed.The requirement and characteristics of networked dynamic manufacturing resources modeling were analyzed in the first. The definition of physical manufacturing unit (PMU) and logical manufacturing unit (LMU) were put forward for the first time, and their information models were established by method of object-oriented. The mapping relation of prouducts machining requirements and PMU information models was established on the basis of two information models. The information model of LMU was set up based on information model of PMU and part; it was intersection of PMU information model and product information model, it was composed of two sections, part information and manufacturing ability.According to networked process allocation involved characteristics of products, parts, processes and manufacturing, "producing mode and framework" were adopted to express the knowledge of process allocation. The knowledge of process allocation was managed by grouping and layered mode in the process allocation knowledge database of networked process allocation system. The logical manufacturing process (LMP) was put forward for the first time, in virtue of descriptions of LMU and part information, applied fuzzy technology and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) confirm each item weight of LMU, combined with finishing machining each LMU needful time, cost, quality special fixtures and etc., fuzzy integrated evaluation of LMP was performed.The executive manufacturing process (EMP) was put forward for the first time. The EMP was designed by manufacturing resources advance deployment. EMP was acquired by mapping LMP and idiographic manufacturing resources at manufacturing unit grade. After manufacturing resources information update at real time, mapping course of LMP to EMP was realized.The EMP matched out was evaluated and optimized. Aiming at EMP information of above parts involved, according to goal information of optimization (Time, Cost, and Quality), and the information of PMU subsets, which could complete each LMU machining requirements in the manufacturing resources database, PMU subsets were evaluated and EMP was optimized by AHP and Genetic Algorithms(GA). Finally, the EMP that satisfied the muti-restrictions and was ranked by preference has been optimized. The result was affirmed, examined and approved by technologists; then it was provided to the latter system for detailed process design.Supported by correlative research projects, founded on. NET technique framework, the networked process allocation system based on manufacturing resources optimization deployment have been developed, for complicated part of refrigerator board's moving mould collaborative manufacturing as example, the theories and techniques researched in the dissertation were applied and verified successfully.
