The auto industry is transforming from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing,the process control system(PCS)are at the bottom of the whole manufacturing plant information system model,which is the system for industrial production line level.The process control system combines automation technology with information technology,it has a series of functions such as data collection,dynamic monitoring,tracing management and quality control,etc.,finally realizing lean production,improving efficiency,controlling product quality and reducing human cost.In this thesis,the application requirements of automobile chassis assembly line process control system are researched,and the structure of process control system is designed.According to engineering practice,this thesis analyzes the PCS work flow of information,the chassis assembly PCS for the standardization of system design and function of the modular design,improve efficiency of the assembly line in the future large-scale application of PCS,and provides the reference of theory and practice.This thesis focuses on the following aspects:1.The system application range of MES and PCS is analyzed and compared.With the advantage of PCS industrial communication efficiency,the functions such as device interaction,on-site data processing and analysis,report query and other functions in MES are delegated to PCS for solution.2.Based on the PCS system architecture,the configuration software was used as the development platform of PCS system to standardize the network structure and data communication of the upper and lower system.The real-time database was used to collect and process the dynamic data of industrial processes.MySQL was used as the background relational database to deal with non-Real-time data.In order to allocate hardware resources rationality and economy,the system hardware has been standardized configuration selection.3.This thesis discusses the specific functions of PCS modules.The modular implementation of each function is described in detail in terms of logic flow,application interface and data exchange.Build the system engineering,write the script program,design the various functional modules of the PCS system,and verify the design results through the test case.4.In order to improve the efficiency of the follow-up project,a standardized integration strategy is proposed for the chassis assembly line PCS system.Through the text,pictures and data,etc.,shows the actual effect of the project,reflecting the feasibility and replicability of the design.
