With the development of the times,the old public housing in Nanning grows annually while its saftey risk becomes increasingly serious,which greatly affects the household life and property saftey as well as the harmonious development of society.Since 2010,Nanning has been carring out the reforming work for fragematry old public houses under the BOT financing mode,which achieves good results.This effectively improves the current status of Nanning's pubilc housing safety management while opening up a new channel for the old public housing transformation and transaction.Firstly,from the perspective of current status of pubilc housing safety management in Nanning and other cities,this paper detailedly expounds the measures for reforming fragematry old public houses carried by these cities,Put forward the reason why Nanning city to carry out the transformation of the BOT model directly managed by the project and the significance of Nanning city to carry out the BOT model of the transformation project.Secondly,through the study of risk management research present situation of BOT project analysis at home and abroad,as well as BOT project type,characteristics,risk factor identification,risk prevention and control management,combined with the profile Of Nanning public housing transformation under the BOT financing mode,this paper deeply analyzes existing risks in the presence of Nanning BOT model,such as political risk,cost risk,environmental risk,schedule risk,market risk,legal risk and others,then puts forward the corresponding risk prevention and control responses.Through the above research,a more comprehansive understanding on the feasibility of Nanning BOT model for public housing transformation is given.Under the situation where high safety risk and single transformation form are found in public housing transformation,we will open a new chapter for it.
