Affected by China's economic slowdown,the cancellation of preferential electricity prices and other external environment,and the proposal of internal strategy such as "Three Types and Two Networks" and construction of special high pressure,the State Net Company faces the grim status of investment cost increase and profit compression.Transmission and Transformation Projects are subject to many factors such as project scale,project environment,construction units,construction units,etc,there will also be differences in the cost management effect.Effective project cost control can reduce unnecessary human,financial and material consumption,it's a key cornerstone for increasing market competitiveness and occupying a dominant position in an increasingly fierce competitive environment.First,this paper expounds the background and significance of cost management of power transmission and transformation project,effective project cost management and control is the foundation of sustainable development of enterprises;Secondly,the paper studies the situation and experience of cost management of power transmission and transformation projects at home and abroad,to lay the foundation for exploring new methods and theories of cost management;then,on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in power transmission and transformation project,put forward the cost accounting model of power transmission and transformation project based on ABC,and the deviation analysis of power transmission and transformation project based on EVA and Gantt chart,the cost control level of power transmission and transformation project has been effectively promoted,and take the Luxin River Project as an example,verified the validity and rationality of the method.The last,summarized and analyzed the cost improvement measures and strategies.In this paper,cost accounting,deviation analysis,schedule control as the cost management breakthrough of power transmission and transformation project,using the methods of ABC and EVA,on the one hand,improve the accuracy of cost accounting;on the other hand,it points out the direction of cost and schedule control,it provides effective cost information support for enterprise managers to make engineering decision,promotes the upgrading of cost management for power transmission and transformation project,laid the cornerstone for enterprise's sustainable development;Simultaneously,it has a certain reference significance for other scholars 'research.
