| The bearings are basic components o f precision equipment and it is widely used in industry,the high precision tapered roller is a key component of tapered roller bearings,the shape accuracy,surface quality and batch consistency on the bearing performance and service life has a great influence.At present,it is difficult to obtain the high precision and high consistency of the machining process by using the method of machining the circular cone roller.In this paper,we explore a method of double side grinding,using the principle of error uniformity to ensure the cutting of the cone surface and so on.The effects of grinding pressure,rotating speed and abrasive concentration on the machining accuracy and consistency of tapered roller were studied.In this paper,through the analysis of the motion of the tapered roller in the process of double lapping,the ADAMS virtual prototyping technology is used to simulate the double side lapping motion,and the effect of different speed combinations on the motion of the tapered roller is studied.At the same time according to the change curve of tapered roller and the grinding disc contact pressure to evaluate the characteristics of four kinds of loading system,the tension type,floating plate loading system,pressure loading is uniform,suitable for machining tapered roller.Based on the dynamic analysis and dynamic simulation of the workpiece,the grinding equipment which is suitable for the ultra precision machining of the tapered roller is developed.In the process of grinding,the stress of a single roller is analyzed,and the position of the pure rolling of the workpiece is obtained,and the influence of the upper and the lower lapping disk on the motion of the workpiece is obtained.Through the dynamic analysis of the workpiece,it is concluded that the rotation speed of the roller can not be increased with the increase of the rotating speed of the grinding disc,but there is a limit value.Study on the grinding process parameters,the GCr15 bearing steel,processing 17.068(DW)×24.85(Lw),2φ=4° orthogonal experiment,the proportion of abrasive concentration,grinding wheel speed and workpiece loading on the influence,and make some explanation.To guide the setting of process parameters of different sizes and materials,and get the best combination of process parameters.The main quality parameters of tapered roller and evaluation standard,influence the quality parameters on the performance of tapered roller bearing cone,cone roller in the actual machining process,the correct methods of measurement,the quality parameters of the measuring technology and measuring equipment.This paper developed a double-sided lapping mode of cone surface machining test platform based on error homogenization principle,and the experimental platform for load ing and transmission system is designed,the proportion of using the orthogonal test method research on the influence of various parameters,the optimized parameters of conical roller machining,the precision of the tapered roller to improve... |
