With the further expansion of China’s city size,the urban mass transit industry will have a large-scale development.At present,China’s urban rail axle box bearings support is still heavily dependent on imports.Under the policy of "Made in China 2025" and the localization and autonomy of national machinery industry,domestic well-known bearing enterprises have developed the research and development of subway axle box bearings.This paper aims at the development of the A-type bogie axlebox bearing.The internal geometric parameters of the bearing are determined by mastering the working conditions and using the bearing theory design method.The ring is made of G20CrNi2MoA high-quality carburized steel and carburized to improve wear resistance and impact resistance.The roller is modified by logarithmic curve to reduce the stress.The bearing housing and the inner ring end face are designed with wear-resistant plastic steel spacers.A magnetic encoder is mounted inside the bearing to provide the possibility to monitor the speed of the vehicle.Based on the theoretical design of bearings,load and contact stress of the designed bearing is established with simulation analysis software Romax Designer.The analysis indicates that the 90%reliability life of the bearing is much larger than the required life index.The roller rolling surface has a balanced stress distribution and no edge stress concentration.The internal maximum contact stress is less than 2000Mpa.The products are processed and tested,and their dimensional accuracy indicators reach the level of P5.the running performance test,the performance comparison test with a foreign brand bearing and the durability test of 800,000 km were carried out on the test bench.During the test,The results of bench test show that there are no abnormal changes in temperature rise,vibration and noise of bearing during the test;It conforms to the rule of experiment.The highest temperature measured by the bearing,the maximum effective temperature;the highest temperature difference between the two axle boxes measured during each basic stroke;the highest temperature difference measured between two consecutive basic strokes of the same rotating cycle of the same axlebox meets the test index;Decomposition inspection of the outer ring,inner ring,roller,cage grease are normal,the bearing does not appear peeling,abnormal wear and discoloration.The test results show that the bearing running performance is normal.It can be concluded that the Localization development of axlebox bearing for Subway a Bogie can meet the expected goal. |
