Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of high-speed trains,people began to attach importance to the safety in train driving process.Axle box bearing is a key component of the high-speed train running parts,axle box bearing performance is critical to ensure the safe operation of trains.The group’s intention is to study the reasons why the high-speed train axle box bearing member is easy to damage,We are to predict possible failures by analyzing the vibration characteristics and temperature characteristics under different operating conditions and typical faults axle box bearings,to provide a theoretical basis for fault diagnosis train-line monitoring system,but also to improve the design of the bearing structure as a guide.In this paper,we see ordinary double row tapered roller bearings as the research object,we research structure and Function of domestic and international rail vehicle axle box bearing tester.We see the 31306 bearing as a basis,to improve small-scale bearing testing machine.then,Analysis loaded Principle of bearings,set up loading Structure and Control System of Bearing Tester.In small-scale bearing testing machine platform,design double row tapered roller bearing test,bearing real-time monitoring,recording vibration signals of the process.Double row tapered roller bearing applied load,recording and analyzing vibration signals at different radial and axial load bearing and non-load condition with vibration signal under comparison.Manufacture man’s damage on various components(roller,the outer ring,the inner ring,cage)in a double row tapered roller bearings,occur peeling,pitting,cracks and wear tests conducted,recorded and analysis of vibration signals of different damaged,and compared vibration signals under normal bearing,research vibration rule under different loads.Applying different axial and radial load bearing different fault,record the vibration signals,the vibration signals at no load bearing and the same fault were compared to study the vibration law under different loads.Finally,the double row tapered roller bearing axle boxes vibration characteristics of the experimental and theoretical values are compared to verify the feasibility test,provide the basis for the establishment of follow-bearing online monitoring system.This series of work above all for the future of the train bearing fault diagnosis research groundwork.
