Research On Online Measurement Technique Of Precision Grinding Of Railway Bearing Roller

Roller is one of the important parts of composition bearing,and its quality impacton the dynamic performance and service life of bearings.Recent years,with the railwaypassenger car improve speed,it is more and more high-quality demand for railwaypassenger cars bearing.The offline measurement using traditional grinding roller ofrailway passenger car bearing,it not only reduces the efficiency of production, andinterchangeability of the group of the roller is reduced because multiple fixturing.Forthe deficiencies of existing technology,a set of online detection system is designed fora CNC grinding machine of roller.This article describes a CNC grinder of roller, it uses a CBN Grinding Wheel andGrinding Technology with highspeed point.This grinder grinding by turning,the entiresurface to be processed only need one clamping.There is a focus in this article for theonline detection system of grinder has been Designed and Research.Online detection system of the overall scheme is identified based on CNCgrinder of roller,which by already part of the hardware of grinder.The Onlinedetection system institutions of detection is designed,and the hardware platform ofonline detection system is built by embedded motion controller of Googol TechnologyLtd and Renishaw LP2probe and servo motor of Yaskawa.Dedicated measurementsoftware of Online detection system is written by VC++software in the Windows XPoperating. In short,precision grinding with Railway Bearing Roller is implemented bycombined of software and hardware.The method of the experiment was research and design.A certain number ofsamples are randomly from the qualified products which processed of CNC rollergrinder.And these samples were measured by coordinate measuringinstrument.Finally,the accuracy and reliability of the online detection system is verified by the qualified rollers.
