Schedule Management Of Construction Engineering Project A

With the continuous development of China's construction industry, the construction project is becoming more and more mature, and the requirement of construction schedule is also increasing. The current construction project construction cycle is long, complex process, large scale, the construction schedule control is directly affects the enterprise benefit. Therefore, construction schedule management is currently a key project management work, has a certain complexity, systematic and comprehensive. In order to study the influence of construction progress on project management, this paper makes a concrete analysis on the construction progress management of the construction project.By WBS theory, critical path method in a construction project schedule management research and application, the project schedule management of construction process conducted a detailed decomposition, the factor so affecting the the project schedule management carried on the analysis thoroughly, to find the critical path of the construction project management. Based on the analysis of the critical path, the key nodes that affect the project schedule are analyzed, and the specific measures and suggestions are put forward to improve the project schedule. Meanwhile, this article attempts through the practical application of knowledge management in project schedule management, to find the most important link impacting on the schedule of the complicated project management work for project managers as reference in decision making.Based on the case, this paper analyzes the general rules of the construction schedule management. By using the management theory, the project schedule management can be a key research direction, through the control of the whole construction project progress and on the base of enhancing of the project construction progress, to improve the management level of the project, meet the performance needs of the project, and to enhance the construction enterprise credibility and reputation, establish a good image in the market.
