And the project schedule management as one of the indispensable content, also is the decisive factor in the success of the project,but with the proposed project in scale, form, function, innovation, there are many uncertain factors in the economic and social environment, the project life cycle is not as good as before, the present situation of the progress of the project management schedule management work, lack of professional tools and advanced methods, problems and the existence of weak management awareness and the imperfect system, reflected from the side of management methods are put forward a series of scientific and reasonable progress, already be imperative.How in the limited resources, to create the greatest value has become the focus of concern for most organizations with minimum cost.Based on relevant theoretical understanding of the construction project dynamic management, to grasp the concept, content, characteristic and progress management method, and with the domestic and foreign research results of the schedule management, extraction has the guidance significance to the research of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the research. At the same time, "Beijing free residential 4#building project" as an example, introduces the objectives, organization, the progress of the project, and analyzes the existing project schedule management problems and find out the influence of disadvantage factors schedule management, making the project schedule management plan on the basis of this,the preparation stage in formulating plans, requirements decomposition engineering structure, determine the construction sequence, define the project scope and duration is determined, and then through the responsibility assignment matrix construction, Gantt chart compilation, total duration determined,scheduling, schedule of planned economy and a series of process, formulate detailed project schedule management plan. As for the progress control of theproject, is to the fundamental principle of dynamic progress based on S curve,the comparative method and the method of earned value analysis, progress check method choice suitable, for dynamic detection and evaluation, the project progress trend prediction, correction adjustment. At the same time, project progress management, also need to do a good job in the organization,synchronization of resources, technology and other aspects of the security work,can guarantee the whole project schedule management work everything in good order and well arranged to carry out.In this paper, the progress of work on the management of Beijing city free residential building 4# project, has the actual guiding significance, is able to meet the needs of progress management of the project to a great extent, ensure that the project objectives achieved. For other projects, can be based on adjusting and perfecting the relevant schedule management method, to be a reference.
