The traditional rural residential structure in China has poor seismic performance and low material strength.The construction period is seriously affected by the seasons,and it is not easy to be developed in industrialization and assembly.It is very important to popularize the steel structure rural housing with good seismic performance in the cold area.The steel structure is very important in the area of the earthquake-resisting area.And the material strength is high,which is beneficial to the building layout in the cold area.The rural housing of steel structure accords with the development direction of rural housing assembly and green building in our country.At present,the lower steel price is also beneficial to the popularization of steel structure in the rural areas.Therefore,it is necessary to study the application of steel structure rural housing in cold area.The steel frame system and the cold-formed thin-walled light-steel keel system were initially determined as two kinds of rural residential structural system in the severe cold region: the steel frame system and the cold-formed thin-walled light steel keel system were combined with the localized building materials in the cold region.In this paper,two sets of low-rise steel structure plans are adopted to carry on the linear static analysis.Based on the engineering actual situation and the related engineering design experience,the paper analyzes the design of the low-rise steel structure in the cold area,Finally,the feasibility and economic analysis of the two sets of structural schemes are carried out.The results show that the optimized cold-formed thin-walled light-gauge steel is the best choice for the structural design,Keel structure of the load transfer path is more clear,the degree of standardization of structural components can be improved,the overall cost was significantly lower than the cold rural areas of ordinary housing.Therefore,cold-formed thin-walled steel keel structure system should be preferred in rural residential areas in severe cold area,and the joint construction of cold-formed thin-walled light steel keel structure system is designed in this paper.In addition,when the structural members to bear a larger load,if still using the ordinary cold-formed thin-walled keel system will lead to increased structural use,resulting in a substantial increase in housing costs.Based on this situation,this paper puts forward the concrete structural system of thin-walled steel tube,through the finite element analysis software Midas gen internal force design analysis and economic analysis,proved that the new structure scheme can effectively improve the structural bearing capacity and overall stiffness and good The paper puts forward a semi-rigid joint method of small-section cold-formed thin-walled light-weight steel structure on the basis of predecessor's research.This construction method can greatly improve the reliability of the node.
