The Study Of Rural Low Energy Housing Practices In Cold Regions

At present,the study of rural low energy housing in China is inadequate.Therefore,the progress of the rural housing in China is limited compared with the rural housing in some developed countries due to the lacking of the systematic research.Some rural houses in the cold regions of northern China are affected by climate,geography,economy,and technology.There are still many problems that are not improved.The thermal performance of the envelope structure of most farmer houses is poor,which causes heat loss in the winter,moreover the heating efficiency is low,resulting in excessive energy consumption in rural houses and low indoor comfort.An in-depth analysis of this problem and an effective solution strategy are proposed,which has important practical significance for the development of rural low-energy buildings.In order to reduce the energy consumption of rural houses,this article focuses on rural buildings in cold areas,and selects some typical villages for field research,the characteristics of the enclosing structure of rural dwellings in the cold regions and the living habits of residents were analyzed,and the current situation of the enclosing structures of different types of rural dwellings and the habits of residents’ energy use were summarized.Based on China’s relevant laws and regulations,regulatory indicators suitable for the northern cold rural areas were calculated.A comprehensive analysis of the design methods of low-energy rural houses,from the perspective of “throttling”,research the material selection and construction methods of building facade design and envelope structure,and then from the“open source”perspective,explore more new energy and new equipment suitable for low-energy buildings in rural areas,the system proposes a solution for the construction of low-energy houses.Finally,the scheme measures for low-energy-consumption houses were proposed,and the program evaluation was performed with De ST energy simulation software,by simulating and analyzing the energy consumption of rural houses,a low-energy design strategy suitable for rural houses in cold regions is obtained.Through the construction of experimental residences,you can more fully understand the problems that occur during the construction process and the energy consumption and indoor comfort of the buildings after completion.In order to verify the technical feasibility of low-energy residential buildings in rural areas,it is hoped that in research and practice,a low-energy residential system suitable for rural areas in northern cold regions can be found,which will provide a certain reference value for the development of low-energy buildings in rural China.
