Research On 3D Design And Construction Simulation Analysis Of Spelling Formwork Based On BIM

In recent years,the development of BIM technology has brought great influence to the whole construction industry,and it has been used in various fields of engineering construction.the scale of the current our country construction engineering is more and more bigger,formwork is an important part of construction engineering,industry to its design and construction requirements are more and more high,in the large formwork and supporting engineering only rely on experience to design and management is not efficient and accurate completion of the task,there are often some problems.Therefore,BIM technology is an effective way for the design and construction of formwork engineering.This paper introduce the BIM technology into the formwork,making the preliminary design,safety check,construction management on the same platform,improve the efficiency of design and construction,intuitive,quick to workers for technical disclosure,solved the problems in formwork design and construction process.improve the safety and economy of the construction.This paper mainly research for the spelling formwork system,that surface slab system with plywood,supporting system with fastener steel tube full hall formwork support.First,through to the related construction research,summarizes the existing problems for spelling formwork's design and construction management,analysis the reason,for its design and calculation principle,design and construction,specification selection are studied and summarized,provides a new perspective for design and construction structure and the selection of reasonable opinion,from two aspects of design and calculation concluded the technical measures to solve the problem.Then,by combining BIM software,we can achieve three-dimensional design of the ordinary concrete structure,roof structure,and steel reinforced concrete structure and configuration template materials,safety checking and construction simulation.More intuitive for workers to complete technical disclosure,solve the existing design problem and construction problems.Finally,In order to make use of the information in the model effectively.based on Navisworks software and language with the.net framework,using Visual Studio2013 programming tool,C# language and SQL database for plug-in development,build the structure engineering simulation system.The system not only can import the BIM model,also can be implemented by using rule inference and calculation method of automatically generated under the BIM concept construction plan,and can be imported into the MS Project software,the management for the construction of the BIM platform provides a new thought and method.
