| With the development of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology,its application in the construction industry is increasing.In the construction project,the application of BIM technology can improve the safety of the project,ensure the quality,and produce certain economic benefits.Hydraulic climbing formwork is the preferred construction technology for high-rise、 super high-rise and large bridge towers,with the advantages of quick operation,saving construction site,and safety and stability.The application of hydraulic climbing formwork technology combined with BIM in engineering projects can accelerate the design speed,optimize the design and improve the safety of the project.At the same time,it is of great significance to combine the two technologies,not only to demonstrate the application value of BIM in the actual project,but also to the popularization and application of hydraulic climbing formwork.In order to realize the safe and efficient construction of hydraulic climbing formwork,this paper uses BIM as a technical means to find the application combination point of BIM in the construction of hydraulic climbing formwork,and practically ground the application of BIM in the concrete construction technology,which ensures the smooth implementation of the hydraulic climbing formwork technology.This paper mainly studies the application of BIM technology to hydraulic climbing formwork construction from four aspects:Research the application mode of BIM in hydraulic climbing formwork construction.By studying the connotation,characteristics and implementation functions of BIM,it is concluded that the biggest advantage of BIM is information integration,sharing and utilization.At the same time,the structure and construction process of the hydraulic climbing formwork are studied,and the defects of the low efficiency of information utilization and the display of the two-dimensional technology in the traditional construction are compared and analyzed.In this way,the concept and application mode of the hydraulic climbing formwork combining with BIM is put forward.The application of BIM in the design stage of hydraulic climbing formwork is studied.First of all,using the 3D visualization function of BIM,the component family of the hydraulic climbing formwork device is established in the Revit software,and the traditional design method based on the two-dimensional CAD is changed,and the visual design under the 3D interface is realized.Secondly,by designing the automatic table of climbing load calculation,it provides a certain reference in the preliminary design stage of the installation,and addresses the issue of sharing and reuse of BIM models,and proposes solutions to the difficulties in linking BIM software and finite element software models.At last,in order to maximize the relevant information of the integrated hydraulic climbing formwork from the design,construction to the dismantling phase,the development framework of the document management system was researched,and the program coding of the core technical difficulties was studied.The application of BIM in optimization design of hydraulic climbing formwork construction is studied.In this part,three important parts,namely,template and frame construction,special situation construction and embedded parts construction,are selected as the research objects.The construction of auxiliary construction scheme using BIM technology and the foundation of safety technology are studied respectively.In the template and frame construction part,using Revit secondary development means,we developed the template automatic layout plug-in to realize the intelligent display of the construction plan.In the construction of special cases,the corresponding transformation plan of climbing formwork and the specific implementation function of BIM technology are studied.In the construction part of the embedded parts,the research on the collision inspection of BIM technology was conducted to find out the items of the pre-embedded parts and the rebar collision in advance.In the concrete engineering application research,taking the hydraulic climbing formwork project of No.1 Tower of Tiansheng Center in Taizhou as an example,BIM was combined with hydraulic climbing formwork technology in the actual project,and a hydraulic automatic control combined with BIM was implemented for the hydraulic system.Systematic research has realized the intelligent automatic control of the hydraulic system.At last,this paper makes a summary analysis and prospect for the research work,so as to lay a foundation for the follow-up research work. |
