As an important part of construction engineering,formwork engineering has experienced a long development process at home and abroad.At present,the formwork engineering in engineering construction projects is mainly wood formwork.The number of cycles of wood formwork is limited,the cost and resource consumption are high,and the site construction is complex and inefficient.The apparent quality of components after formwork removal varies with the formwork construction level.With the continuous acceleration of social development,the requirements of the construction industry for formwork engineering are further improved.Therefore,how to quickly and efficiently complete the construction goal under the premise of ensuring the construction quality has become an important direction of the future development of the formwork field.In order to innovate the formwork construction technology,strengthen the quality control of formwork construction,and actively promote the development of green environmental protection in the formwork industry,PVC composite plastic formwork,as an energy-saving and green environmental protection product,has been widely used and developed in recent years due to its outstanding advantages of high strength,good plasticity and fast construction speed.On the basis of summarizing the research of domestic and foreign scholars,based on two kinds of PVC composite plastic formwork,this paper innovatively puts forward three different new PVC composite plastic formwork construction systems: standardized aluminum alloy frame PVC composite plastic formwork system,bulk solid PVC composite plastic formwork system and bulk hollow PVC composite plastic formwork system,and combines them with quick dismantling support system in the construction process The related design and construction method have applied for national invention patent.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Taking solid and hollow PVC composite plastic formwork as the base material,three new types of PVC composite plastic formwork construction systems,including standardized aluminum alloy frame PVC composite plastic formwork system,bulk solid PVC composite plastic formwork system and bulk hollow PVC composite plastic formwork system,are proposed.The strength and stiffness of the three different formwork systems are checked and the field test is designed The strain and deflection of three objects at different heights of 60 ~ 70,140 ~ 150,190 ~ 200 cm from the ground were studied.(2)The paper compares the standardized aluminum alloy frame PVC composite plastic formwork system with the bulk solid PVC composite plastic formwork system and the bulk hollow PVC composite plastic formwork system.Considering the construction progress and quality of the site formwork and other factors,it is concluded that the single formwork unit of the standardized aluminum alloy frame PVC composite plastic formwork system has the advantages of light weight,convenient handling and low cost,at the same time,it can greatly shorten the construction period,reduce the construction cost,and the construction effect is more ideal.(3)According to the actual construction conditions,set parameters,based on the finite element software ABAQUS,simulate and analyze three groups of different formwork system test.The test and numerical simulation results show that the three groups of PVC composite plastic formwork system can meet the normal construction needs,the measured data and numerical simulation data are close to each other,which meet the requirements of the specification.It shows that the test setting is reasonable and the numerical simulation is divided into two parts The results show that the plastic formwork has enough strength and rigidity,and has high recycling times.It belongs to building energy-saving materials,which is in line with the development of new and old kinetic energy.The relevant research can be used as the basis for guiding the practical application of plastic formwork.(4)This paper expounds the supporting construction technical scheme and construction method of three groups of PVC composite plastic formwork system in detail.After the formwork is removed,the appearance inspection including flatness,perpendicularity and corner angle deviation is carried out on the wall.Through the inspection,the parameters meet the requirements of "technical specification for PVC composite plastic formwork","technical code for safety of building construction formwork" and "construction quality acceptance of concrete structure engineering" It can meet the requirements of safety and environmental protection,greatly improve the construction speed,ensure the construction quality and bring great economic benefits.(5)Combined with the quick dismantling support system,a kind of PVC composite plastic formwork with self-adjusting aluminum alloy frame is proposed,which provides a certain idea for the research of plastic formwork combined with quick dismantling support system.Combined with the site construction,the factors influencing the construction safety of PVC composite plastic formwork are analyzed and summarized,and the construction quality control and safety management of PVC composite plastic formwork are discussed in detail.
