The high-slump collapse accident not only brings huge economic losses,but also poses a great threat to the life of the construction workers.The bearing capacity and stability of the high formwork support system is a difficult problem in construction.It is necessary to put forward higher requirements from the aspects of design,construction and management to prevent or reduce accidents as much as possible.Due to the continuous improvement of construction engineering construction requirements,the application of the existing scaffolding support system has exceeded the existing experience.Therefore,the scaffolding support system must be gradually transitioned from the experience-based construction to the theoretical calculation according to the actual situation of the project.In this study,the design of the high-support formwork system does not comprehensively consider the constraint of the lateral restraint on the vertical bar,the influence of the horizontal load on the stability of the frame and the influence of the overall stiffness on the stability.This paper takes the high-profile formwork support system of a power station project as the research background,and adopts the theoretical analysis,numerical verification and other research methods to carry the bearing capacity and stability of the high-profile formwork support system to the key elements such as scissors support,vertical pole,horizontal pole and sweeping rod.The impact of sexuality was analyzed.Combined with engineering examples,the construction safety,quality control elements and monitoring points are summarized and analyzed,which provides a scientific reference for the design and construction of the subsequent high-profile formwork support system.This study reviews the development history of the support system and typical accidents,and clarifies the purpose and significance of this paper.Afterwards,the basic structure and theoretical analysis scheme of the high-profile formwork support system are analyzed,and the shortcomings in the normative design method are summarized.Afterwards,based on the high template support system of a power station project,the numerical simulation analysis method was used to study the influence of key factors on its bearing capacity and stability.Finally,taking a high-profile formwork support system of a power station project as an example,the precautions for the on-site management of high-supporting molds are described from the aspects of process,quality and safety control.
