| As development of economy and society,developing trend of construction industry of China has turned from building massive new architecture to building new architecture and maintaining old architecture simultaneously.We can deduce from developing trend of construction industry of developed countries that detection,identification and reinforcement of architectures will account more and more on construction industry of China.Many existing structures in China have problems including approaching or even over design life(especially some old buildings built in last century);prospecting,design and construction flaw;using improperly;damaged by disaster;changing of the function and need to be detected,identified and reinforced.Based on industry developing trending and problems in existing structures,it is deserved to do research on technique of building detection,identification and reinforcement.Building structures can be classified into concrete structure,masonry structure,steel structure and wood structure based on construction material.Many of the buildings needed to be reinforced are brick masonry structure.This paper concluded detection,identification and reinforcement method of a brick masonry structure based on a practical project of a century old hospital structure.The highlights of the dissertation are as followed:1.Introducing project profile,including style of architecture,type of structure,architectural composition and area.2.Detecting situation of structure component(foundation,wall,floor slab,beam,wood roof truss)and material(brick,mortar,concrete,reinforcing steel bar)and giving identification conclusion and suggestion of reinforcement.3.Designing building based on new using demand;Designing reinforcement strategy based on identification conclusion and using demand.Finally,carrying on aseismic calculation of the structure after reinforcement.4.Working out construction organization design based on reinforcement and function transforming design.Formulating construction plan of each part(including measuring unreeling,wall reinforcement engineering,scaffolding,steel bar engineering,concrete engineering)and resource demand plan(including labor demand plan and mechanical demand plan). |
