Abstract/Summary:
As one of the important components of urban culture,historical buildings cannot be demolished and reconstructed because of their historical and cultural value and architectural artistic value.It has become a development trend to protect and re-use historical buildings.Therefore,research and discussion on the detection and reinforcement of historical buildings are very necessary.The old historical buildings have been in service for too long and the building structure cannot meet the current building structure specifications,which poses certain risks.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct reasonable and scientific detection and identification of historical buildings,and then carry out reinforcement design to achieve the purpose of reusing historical buildings.On the basis of consulting a large amount of data,this article analyzes and deeply researches the detection,identification and reinforcement methods of historical brick masonry buildings through examples of Shenyang Shuaifu.The specific content of this article is as follows:(1)Summarize the historical development and current status of building inspection and reinforcement at home and abroad,and clarify that the method of inspection,identification and reinforcement has certain limitations and particularities due to the particularity of historical buildings.At the same time,it also clarifies the significance of the early identification and testing of historical buildings to the subsequent reinforcement design.(2)Summarize the current situation and classification of historical buildings in Shenyang,put forward the principles of protection and reinforcement of historical buildings,and summarize the methods of properly protecting and strengthening and reusing historical buildings.(3)The situation of historical buildings is often more complicated than that of general buildings,so it is particularly important to detect and appraise historical buildings in advance.The building shall be inspected without affecting the appearance of the building.This article briefly summarizes the commonly used methods of historical building inspection.(4)Because historical buildings need to meet the requirements of current regulations without damaging the protected content,the reinforcement methods are often limited.This article summarizes the principles and precautions that should be followed in the reinforcement design of historic buildings.Summarize and analyze the commonly used reinforcement methods in the reinforcement design of historical buildings.(5)Combining actual engineering cases,taking the brick masonry structure of the Shuaifu Ballroom in Shenyang as an example,the PKPM identification and reinforcement module is used to check the safety and earthquake resistance of the historical building structure,based on the premise of minimum transformation and meeting the building function,and refer to the check calculation results Carry out reasonable reinforcement design to make it meet the current specifications after reinforcement.Because the reinforcement of historical buildings involves many disciplines such as structural mechanics,reinforcement technology,and building history protection,it is highly comprehensive.The emergence of new techniques and new materials has also brought new ideas and opportunities to the inspection and reinforcement of historic brick masonry buildings.The detection,identification and reinforcement of actual engineering cases in this article can provide ideas and references for the detection,identification and reinforcement design of historical buildings with brick masonry structures in the same area.
