Nowadays,there are different reasons of buildings to tilt due to the soil properties of the buildings in different areas which always have the great characteristics of the regional differences.At the same time,some effective rectification refoincement neaseures should be taken to restore and reduce their normal function and unnecessary losses.Therefore,the systematic theory and technique for pouring the brick masonry structure is one of the important topics of research in geotechnical engineering disciplines.This paper first analyzes the tilting reasons of a brick-concrete building in Yunnan province depends on sophisticated construction methods and designed techniques.And then,combining with the case of reinforcement,a comprehensive rectification method which combines pit static underpinning pile with the frame beam in multi-point synchronous lifting was put forward.This method uses the heaping preasure and pit static underpinning pile in order to guarantee the safety of the building in the process of rectifying.According to the unique attributes of this project,the problems during the process jacking retification structure which were in deformation analysis and control,such as jacking points,loading points,face lifting and so on.Moreover,In order to control the degree of tilting back during the rectification,an informatization monitoring system is set up on the site in the construction program of the rectification.The necessary measures are taken to ensure the buildings safe during the rectification in accordance with the settlement monitoring data in time.Not only could it reflect the characteristics of the inclined portion of the main building,but also timely analysis the differences between monitoring data and design parameters.The practice showed that the inclination rate of the building was stable in the process of jacking,which proved the efficiency of the proposed comprehensive jacking method during the rectification analysis and control for existing brick masonry buildings.Therefore,it has a great value for similar rectification projects.
