Garden Project Quality Improvement Under TQM Mode

Landscape project involves a wide range of comprehensive,small-scale,short construction period.In the quality of landscape engineering management,the use of total quality management model,according to the basic principles of total quality management and scientific management procedures,establish a people-oriented management philosophy,the whole process,foll,all aspects of participation in management,Into the management model,more suited to garden engineering requirements and characteristics.This paper begins with the introduction of the development and evolution of the project management model at home and abroad.Using the methods and tools of total quality management theory and quality improvement,this paper analyzes the quality of landscape engineering from the perspective of the whole process,the whole enterprise and multi-Management and its benefits were studied.First of all,using the literature research method,introduced the development process of quality management at home and abroad,the total quality management theory and the concept of quality improvement systematically explored;and comparative analysis,the quality improvement and quality inspection,quality control,etc.Differences in other quality management processes.Secondly,on the basis of total quality management theory,this paper analyzes the main features of landscape engineering and the main factors that affect the quality of landscape engineering,and sums up the common problems in landscape engineering quality management.Through comparison and analysis,the paper compared the similarities and differences between the TQM model of garden engineering and IS09000 system and its advantages.In the end,this paper expounds the main content of the process of garden engineering quality improvement,that is,confirming the improvement goal,diagnosing the reason,formulating the corrective measures,and applying the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the project of the residential garden project of a real estate company.The results show that the total quality management model has a good effect on the quality improvement of landscape engineering.Based on the theory of total quality management,the combination of literature reading and case study,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,and the theory of scientific management,this paper studies the quality improvement of landscape engineering with the combination of theory and practice,which has certain practical significance.And promotion of value.
