Research On Quality Management Measures For Improvement And Reconstruction Of HA Avenue In NJ City

The important project, quality first. Quality, especially the quality of the project is not only related to the credibility of the enterprise and the healthy development of China's construction industry,but also the safety of life and property of residents. It must not be taken lightly.With the rapid development of our country's economy and national disposable income increase, car ownership also increases rapidly. While municipal roads mileage, area lags far behind the growth of car ownership, the supply of municipal roads is far behind the demand for it. Providing high-quality municipal road infrastructure, it has important practical significance for the development of urbanization and industrialization, to improve the city's image and quality, to improve security, quality of life and well-being of the public.In recent years, due to rapid economic development and improving people's income, car ownership is rapidly increased at NJ City, but supporting municipal roads have not kept pace.At the same time, the NJ city municipal road exists narrow roads, traffic capacity is weak, the lack of green, so it is urgent to implement the upgrade and renovation project.Theresearch object of this paper is the key project at NJ City in 2013-the upgrade and renovation project of HA Avenue.First, this paper studies the connotation of the project quality management theoretical study, defined the concept of quality management in municipal engineering, analyzes the connotation, characteristics of municipal engineering.Secondly, this paper describes the upgrade and renovation project of HA Avenue in NJ City, and analyzes some problems existing in the quality management of the municipal engineering from the angle of the four participating subjects of the construction unit, construction unit, supervision and design party. Third, this paper analyzed the engineering quality management measures from the prospect of strengthen and design of communication, from the optimization of subcontractors, establish and improve the engineering supervision and management mechanism, data driven decision making, enhance the management of the construction unit personnel technology literacy etc. Finally, the engineering quality effect of the project was analyzed through strengthening the quality management measures.The upgrade and renovation project of HA Avenue due to large cross work surface and high volume investment, making it difficult to project management, management requirements, so quality control measures with a strong reference for future similar projects construction.
