Safety is the life of enterprise,which is an eternal theme for enterprise.Creating "intrinsically safe" enterprise has gradually become a necessary step for safe production enterprises to choose from.Inherent safety management system based on risk management acts as the core part;controlling the unsafe behavior of the people plays as the key point;cutting off the accident causal chain works as method,all this lead to continuous improvement for the operating mode of management system.During harmonious railway construction,it is important to ensure the safety of railway transportation,and one of its key initiatives is to improve safety management measures and systems.Project management Suggestions are put forward in this article,and they help to enhance intrinsically safe system project progress and project risk management for construction,which makes effective organization.This thesis adopts risk management theory and method to carry out research on the risk management of the Intrinsically Safe System in Da Zhun Railway Company.Taking Intrinsically Safe System's development for Datong Railway Company as an example,it mainly inspects the planning,screening,anticipation and final operation of risk response.To find out the risks which usually appears in work,concrete,practical and effective methods of operation will be put forward.Furthermore,Given whole procedure's implementation for final assessment,the operation of Da Zhun Railway Company will be implemented.It can be found that we can minimize the risk of loss if we can use the scientific project risk management method,thus it can realize detection and identification early and achieve development of risk response measures in advance.
