Energy crisis and environmental problems have attracted worldwide attention, and vigorously develop renewable energy has become the world's basic national policy of sustainable development energy strategy. Solar energy is inexhaustible and renewable green energy and mature technology is one of the main clean energy for China's economic construction intensive society. Building is the most important application of solar energy resources, from the beginning of the design of solar energy and building integration research in the ascendant. However, compared with the new buildings, both buildings accounted for the proportion of the number of larger, but the research of solar energy utilization of this kind of building is less, how to both the construction of solar energy use transformation has become a subject needed to be explored.In this paper, the existing residential building solar hot water system reform as the research object, analysis solution is widely used and can significantly reduce building energy consumption of solar water heating system in the existing problems of existing building energy saving reconstruction. First of all, in the analysis of Xi'an solar energy resource advantages of the application based on by on integration installation of solar hot water system and later by the tenants to install their own solar hot water system and is not installed solar hot water system of the three typical high-rise residential area of the field survey, statistics and the actual situation of the user, hot water use, solar hot water use attitude and intention, solar hot water system operation and restrict solar hot water system of promotion and other five categories of data, that influence of high-rise residential solar energy application in the roof area of less than and sunshine shielding prominent problems, analysis and solving measures. The sunshine software simulation floor in different forms of single building to the rear building to install solar heat exchanger, and analyzes the different architectural layout, building shape building combination group CIMC heat exchanger installed reasonable starting position, according to the simulation results, the proposed solar heat collector is installed to improve strategy; Then, in the analysis of the existing basis of building solar hot water system transformation design principles and technical difficulties, considering the solar heat collector connected reliability, renovation construction convenience, operation and maintenance of the economy and safety design solar collector in the existing high-rise building on the installation site of various connecting methods, construction drawing and joint detail. Finally, through the case study of a residential area in Xi'an, the evaluation of the transformation of the existing building solar water heating system is economical and energy-saving benefits, and demonstrates the feasibility of the existing building solar hot water system transformation.The transformation of existing building solar water heating system not only can make more residents enjoy the green pollution-free health of the solar energy, but also can effectively alleviate the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems. The research results of this paper are of great significance, which can contribute to the construction of a beautiful environment and comfortable living in Xi'an.
