At present,our country faces with such a grim situation of the energy and the environment pollution is serious.Residential building energy consumption is getting higher and higher in the process of modernization of the construction.Domestic and foreign scholars keep exploring and looking for how to improve energy efficiency and technologies of green energy.This paper aims to respond to the call of building an economized society and environment-friendly society of our country.Combined with the Ministry of Construction proposed to the direction which promote of renewable energy in the construction field,the paper studied the solar water heating systems and residential buildings integration.Firstly,the development of solar energy hot water system at home and abroad is introduced,and the development policies of solar energy both at home and abroad are introduced in the paper.The development trend and policy support of solar energy are expounded.Secondly,this paper analyzes the solar energy hot water system,the design process,equipment composition and puts forward the application of the solar water heating system in residential buildings.It also puts forward the solar building integrated design requirements and application forms.At the end,the paper uses the Chun Jiang Hua Yue project as the carrier in the practical application.The research was based mainly on solar water heating system and residential building integration.Through the unified planning,design,construction,it ensures aesthetics of construction,and realizes the maximization of energy saving.Considering the energy-saving factor,in order to maximize the energy-saving efficiency of solar hot water system,the solar water heating system is optimally overall designed.It improved the used comfort of a solar hot water system,reduced the project cost.The solar water heating system,gas water heaters and electric water heater,compared with the same economic costs,the solar water heating system has a higher comfort level,better fuel economy.The application of solar energy technology can achieve rapid promotion.In the last part of this paper is the project of the Chun Jiang Hua Yue.The solar heating of the residential building water system is designed in the Chun Jiang Hua Yue project in order to achieve the result of energy conservation and emissions reduction.The project construction area is 77381.03 m2,building height: 6 # building is 58 m,the others all is 56.65 m.The total number of households is 495.The system uses a number of innovative technologies.Through comparison with the electric water heater,the project that increase the investment costs can be recovered with 1.94 years,the system can be saved the cost of 3.0388 million Yuan in 15 years.The economic benefit is remarkable.The research of this paper takes the energy saving and emission reduction,the development and utilization of renewable energy as an opportunity.It will provide some technical support and reference for the design and research of the same type of building and solar energy system integration.
