| The Evolution of urban industrial layout has an important relationship with urban development. Based on the rapid development of the city and the country "retreat three forward two" strategy- narrow secondary industry and develop third industry,analyzing theory and case concerning industrial layout researched by previous scholars about, studying on the impact factors of industrial layout, mining the Evolution of industrial layout, combined with the theory, and actual case study to explore the impact of urban development on the industrial layout.Based on the discussion of situation and background of industrial layout, using a series of methods such as literature review, field research, type analysis, graphical analysis,etc. to analyze the factors affecting the industrial layout analysis to determine the overall industrial city towards the agglomeration. Xiangtan City combing through the context of industrial development since 1840, after the site from industrial projects to integrated development planning ideas, from the base to the mining industry city, from distributed point-like pattern to form a delegation type of three changes, urban industrial land Percentage of urban construction land in a final ratio of sustained growth and stability, establishing the primary stage of maturity in Xiangtan city industrial development. Meanwhile, the combination of Xiangtan industrial district to the evolvement and the actual investigation of industrial parks,industrial parks have come to the formation of industrialization of intensive help to improve strength, outstanding industrial features, layout optimization, making competition in the market to adapt to modern industrial and industrial upgrading division of labor production areas. Finally, through the research of the process of the five kinds of industrial land in the urban development remaining functional evolution,the article discusses the practice of two models- existing Xiangtan Expo-business tourism and leisure open space. |
