| With the continuous development of electricity distribution in China, the quality of outage repair service in electricity distribution was increased sharply in various aspects. Also, the reliability of power supply was getting more important as the customers’tolerance in power supply outage decreased which makes it necessary to develop research on resource allocation of electric outage repair scientifically to solve contradictions in electricity distribution services.Combine the characteristics electric outage repair mode in electricity distribution of Power Supply Enterprise, this paper makes analysis to quantify, simplify and optimize the calculation in electric outage repair resource allocation with a mathematical model which provide a reasonable theory basis to solve the problem in resource allocation. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the electric outage repair mode in Shanghai as a classical case according to data of outage repair services from 2013 to 2015, provide an adjustment plan which increase of efficiency of electric electricity distribution customer service with the principle of " set up service station to decrease arriving time; increase worker to decrease Working pressure". The results show that the scheme has high practicability and applicability. |
