| As social science constantly makes progress and the power industry develops rapidly nowadays,it has promoted the formation of more advanced information systems of State Grid Corporation.Guided by the construction of strong smart grid,it is necessary to put higher requirements for constructing,operating and maintaining emergency repair management of distribution network by State Grid Corporation.At present,it has to solve these problems,such as effectively making organization of repair forces to carry out the command work for distribution network repair on the spot,helping the enhancement of the accuracy and efficiency of distribution network repair management;releasing accurate information about the power outage and transmission.In view of it,this thesis puts forward the demand for the research on the power distribution network’s emergency repair management system.When it comes to the system software,it mainly depends on B/S architecture,which takes advantage of Windows system,MVC design mode and various technical framework integration mode to carry out the R&D.Based on the reasonable application of Hibernate technology,it can help the realization of establishing a perfect and friendly interface.This thesis carries out a detailed elaboration on the research and development design and practical application of the distribution network emergency repair management system.By taking into account of the actual status of the special remote regions in Liangshan,it designs and realizes the distribution network emergency repair management and control system in line with the practical procedures,which cover the overall demand analysis,the design of system function,the development and related testing of system.After that,it mainly designs four functions,such as "the management of basic data,the command of fault repair,the information management and comprehensive report and display of power outage and transmission".According to the conduction of the design and test as well as final implementation of the system’s four functional modules,it mainly help solve those issues,such as long business process of emergency repair management,low efficiency of repair management,the lagging of information and poor perception of customers.As a result,it promotes the formation of the online management and control related to the distribution network emergency repair management,which as also achieves the rapid notice of power outage and transmission information.In the meantime,it innovates the mode of the traditional distribution network emergency repair management,which realizes great enhancement for distribution network emergency repair management’s efficiency.More importantly,it has helped the improvement of the power user’s awareness and service satisfaction rate in an effective way. |
