Research And Application Of Outage Impact Evaluation In Distribution Network

Distribution network is the direct bearer of the reliable electricity.In the event of a power outage,it will not only endanger the public safety,personal safety,but also cause significant economic and political losses,and may even make the society in a state of paralysis.Therefore,it is of great importance to establish a scientific,rational and comprehensive evaluation approach and to implement of appropriate treatment options based on the results of analysis.In this thesis,problems related to the outage impact in distribution network were studied,and the method of establishing evaluation system and evaluation for distribution network was proposed.Main work is as follows:(1)Firstly,power outage management is modeled by UML Use case diagrams and Interaction diagrams are used to illustrate the roles and roles,functions of power outages and the information of roles,interaction separately.At the same time,according to the research content,this thesis has refined the models of the power outage impact evaluation and the information model of power outage impact evaluation is established on CIM,.(2)Secondly,outage reasons that includes public equipment,external damage,natural disasters and so on,outage type and related consequences And based on Interpretive Structure Modeling,Adjacency matrix and reachable matrix are established by analysis of the relationship between the impact factors.And a hierarchical operation is carried out to form hierarchical structure.(3)Finally,for typical scenarios of power outages impact evaluation,this thesis proposes an evaluation approach based on ELECTRE ?.And in practical,sensitivity analysis is carried out to verify the stability of the results.At the same time,it also analyzes the application of other evaluation methods.In this thesis,the system establishment and evaluation method of power outage impact evaluation is given through the study of power outage impact.To reduce the impact of power outage and improve user satisfaction,it is used to provide a reference for the analysis of outage plan.It has certain practical significance.
