A Research On The Renovation Strategy Of Villages In Guangzhou City From The Perspective Of Self-organization Theory

Since the reform and opening-up villages construction in the Pearl River Delta have gone through more than three decades, in the case of changes in the external environment, the development of the villages are also facing some problems. With strict state control of the land, the villages have entered the update phase of optimizing inventory. Meanwhile, the overall development of villages planning provides the opportunity for heteroorganization 's involvement. In current fast construction-oriented has been the primary tone in the Guangzhou area, there is a certain lag relying solely on self-organization evolution. Coupled with that the village has generated internal entropy flow continuously in the process of spontaneous evolution and made instability of the original order, showing a state of disorder. In the current phase of the integration of urban and rural development, it is necessary and unavoidable for hetero-organization's involvement, which can make up for the disadvantages of spontaneous evolution. But excessive intervention force also can produce a series of problems, even destroys the self-organizing characteristics of village, leads to the village to unsustainable development road.Based on the realistic contradictions, this paper selects Guangzhou City as the research object, using the methods of summarized and deductive analysis, exploring the renovation strategy of villages in Guangzhou City in the influence of recombination between self-organization and hetero-organization in the same orientation, and focus on the following contents:(1) self-organization theory and its implications for the development of villages in Guangzhou City;(2) status quo and problems of village renovation in Guangzhou City from the perspective of self-organization theory;(3) the renovation strategy of villages in Guangzhou City from the perspective of selforganization theory;(4) the renovation of Xinshuikeng village,Dalong street, Panyu district, Guangzhou City.Firstly, this paper explains the basic conditions and dynamic mechanisms for selforganization development of village based on self-organization theory, discriminates the concept of self-organization organization and hetero-organization and analysis its effect on village development. Secondly, from the perspective of self-organization theory, makes reflection and review of status quo and problems of village renovation in Guangzhou City from three aspects, which include participants, the economic structure and space environment. Then, analyzes endogenous power and external force of village renovation, establishes the principles for village renovation including incremental updating, multiple opening, regional differences and vitality motivating; proposes comprehensive trinity strategy for village renovation from the participants, the economic structure and the space environment; On this basis of mentioned above, establishes operation mode of village renovation planning surrounding villager s' subject. Finally, taking Xinshuikeng village,Dalong street, Panyu district, Guangzhou City, as empirical research to make proof of operability of the strategy established.
