Study On Outdoor Environment Design Of Old People's Residential Quarters In Coastal Cities

With the development of the international economy and the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,various changes have taken place in the population structure of the countries in the global village.The aging of the population is one of its most significant characteristics of change.Judging from the current situation,the aging of the population has become a difficult problem in the current development of human society.As the global population tends to age,the population structure of our country is unavoidably entering the ageing stage.After research and analysis,it has been found that there are very few systematic research projects on the outdoor environment design of the elderly living in coastal cities in China.This shows that how to make elderly people happy and healthy through their old age is a problem that requires everyone to think deeply.The author takes the elderly as the research object,collects-a large number of documents from home and abroad,and summarizes these data.From the perspective of the psychological,physiological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,as well as the regional climate of coastal cities,this paper finds out a series of factors that will affect the outdoor environment design of the residential quarters of the elderly in coastal cities.By using comparative analysis and case analysis,the author studies the successful cases of outdoor environment design for the residential quarters of the elderly in coastal cities of Tokyo and Tianjin,drawing on its design content and method,absorbing its excellent advanced experience,and then carrying out several residential areas selected in Qingdao.After the field investigation,the present situation of the outdoor environment of residential areas in Qingdao is summarized,and according to the actual situation,the problems are raised and the problems are solved.On this basis,through the study of the overall objectives and principles,main points and methods of the outdoor environment design for the elderly living quarters in Qingdao,the design strategy of outdoor environment in accordance with the old people's residence is deduced by analogy.In the sixth chapter,the author puts forward the design scheme of further practice,and selects the main outdoor environment landscape design in the second six districts of Fushan in Qingdao.The scheme mainly aims at the innovation of outdoor environment,and builds health on the basis of providing an open and public harmonious ecological environment for the elderly.Comfortable outdoor environment.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and prospects the development prospects of the outdoor environment design for the residential areas of the elderly in the coastal cities of China.
