Research On Architectural Plan And Design Of Community Elderly Day Care Center In Cold City

In recent years, with the accelerated process of aging people in China and the problem of elderly care, the twelfth five year plan proposed "social pension service system construction plan(2011-2015 years)". In 2011, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of and the relevant social organization appointed the "community elderly day care center construction standards"(construction standards143-2012) which defines the day care center and explains the related indicators. But there are still a lot of problems and shortcomings, especially in the cold regions, the new elderly day care center didn’t make a reasonable adjustment according to the climate characteristics and didn’t come up with an adaptive design strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to make a detailed investigation on the needs and behaviors of the old people in the cold region, to understand the situation of the community care service and to make a statistical analysis. At last raise a reasonable plan for the elderly day care center.Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign research, and expounds the concept of the elderly day care center. The daily care needs of the elderly people in the cold region community were analyzed through the analysis of the characteristics of the daily behavior of the elderly in the community of the cold region, and the questionnaire survey. And then carry out field researches to the services provide organizations, make a survey and analysis of the status quo and found an urgent need to solve the problem, so as to clear the service object and social function of the elderly day care center in the cold region. Based on the method of architectural planning, aiming at the characteristics of the cold and the behavior of the elderly, this paper analyzes the external conditions and internal conditions and classifies the factors and the spatial attributes of the day care center. Through the analysis of the problem, the paper puts forward the solving strategies, and discusses the function, the site planning and the space conception respectively. Finally, based on the construction planning, the paper puts forward the design method of the elderly day care center in the cold region. This method is to analysis the traffic line organization and space combination from the layout analysis, and then focus on the specific design method of internal space and external space. Determine a concept of elderly day care center model based on detailed design of different space within the building.Based on the national construction standard, this paper analyzes the strategies and methods of the designs of the daily care center in cold regions, and provides guidance for the development of community for the elderly in cold regions.
