Research On Architectural Space Design Of The Day Care Center For The Aged In Cold Region

China’s growing aging population,according to the arrival of the "silver wave",our country put forward developing as a family as the main body,relying on community "in the housing endowment",the development of community endowment facilities.Countries while releasing some of the system and the construction of day care centres of the specifications,to provide some reference for our design,but the lack of a certain area.Therefore,based on the current social background,this paper starts from the characteristics of cold regions,focuses on the actual demands of the elderly,and proposes appropriate design strategies and methods for their architectural space design.This paper first analyzes the research background of the day care center for the elderly in the cold region,and explains the purpose and significance of the study on the building space of the day care center for the elderly in the cold region.Under this background,the analysis of domestic and foreign research dynamic.After the study of subject concept parsing,and define the scope of research.On this basis to determine reasonable research methods and contents,summary of research framework.Upon completion of the above analysis of the elderly and the cold to the old day care center analyzes the characteristics of the architectural space,combined with the real state research problems summarized the present situation.According to the practical problems existing in the targeted put forward the principle of dealing with the cold climate comfort,to control construction cost of economy principle and the humanized principle that fit older demand.On this basis,draw out the core part,the cold to the old day care center building space design puts forward the design strategy and design methods.At the policy level,through the above for research object,combined with the actual case,put forward the community resource sharing,care workplace safety and endowment atmosphere affective strategies,in order to offer more targeted to architects design thinking.Based on the macro control of the design strategy,the space,function and environment of the day care center for the elderly in the cold area were taken as the entry point for further research,and the design methods of creating efficient space layout for the elderly,building flexible and diversified functional organization,and building comfortable space environment for the elderly were proposed.Cold in this paper,in order to explore the elderly day care center building space design method as a starting point,to follow the cold region characteristic,old people should give attention to two or morethings and old perception,the principles,strategies,to technique,step by step analysis from the whole to the detail design,optimization design,step by step in order to cold in the future were the elderly day care centers offer certain reference for building space design.
