Design And Exploration Of The Community Elderly Day Care Center

The aging of the population is an unavoidable issue in our time,and it is highlighted in our daily life.Thinking about how to ensure the elderly’s life and how to provide long-term social mechanism for them,China implements the pension service policy of“relying on family support for the elderly and relying on the community”to solve and respond to the increasingly prominent old-age care issues and build a comprehensive service system with all-round and multi-subjects.The community aged day care center embodies the service concept of combination of medical care and health care and uses the community as the basis for development.At present,the care centers in various regions have rapidly emerged,and they are starting from aspects such as physical health and living services to provide convenience to the elderly in the community.However,the practical problems encountered in the development of its functional facilities and space layout that cannot meet the needs and the service system is not perfect cannot be evaded.It needs to rely on the ground and scientifically.This article takes the Longhai community in Wenxi County as the actual design research object.According to the actual conditions around the community and the actual needs of the elderly,the daily activities of the elderly are taken as the starting point,and integrating the existing problems in the development of other community care services for the elderly,in line with the people-oriented design concept,from the aspects of architectural forms,internal functions,space environment,and the application of smart pension,etc.,the community aged day care center design was conducted.The aim is to create a harmonious and comfortable old-age care environment that can meet the needs of the elderly,such as leisure,health,and dietary activities,while exploring the spatial layout.Pursuing green comfort and humanistic design in the environment construction,and providing reference for the elderly people,this special group to explore new space and living environment.It also seeks future possibilities and continuity for the development of the Community Day Care for the Elderly,so that it can truly serve the people and enable the elderly to depend on it.
