Nanjing airport is the only international airport in Jiangsu Province. It is the third largest international airport in East China, second only to Pudong airport and Hongqiao airport in Shanghai. Faced with increasing personnel throughput and expanding seats, how to ensure stable ground services and command system, or when the network fails, how to find and fix problems quickly to maximize their applications and benefits has become an issue that airport managers are increasingly concerned about. In support of the integrated system, the command center coordinated and commanded each production and operation department, and conducted unified scheduling management to achieve optimized production operations and equipment operation. Eventually, airport had become a world-class airport with integrated information system as the core, each information weak current system as means, while the information was highly integrated, sharing, tight scheduling, with advanced management and high service quality.In this thesis, a comprehensive analysis was made on the demand and technical feasibility for flight service planning system of the ground service system, decided to adopt the combination of C/S and B/S structure to design and develop the system. In order to achieve efficient flight monitoring and reliable flight information transmission, underlying communication was realized by RCP ric h client platform, Spring&Hibernate was used as the technology framework.The main content of this paper is divided into two modules: the flight information receiving module and flight service processing module. The main duties of Flight information receiving module were to receive flights demand information, develop contract rules and receive flight data via ground service system. The flight information service processing module analyzed the plan of developing contracts and wrote it into service programs list, generated a service list of scheduled tasks according to the service planning system and provided log scheduling, ground handling service with reliable information assurance and transmitted the resulting information via B/S to the personnel of each department that used the system. Where in the operating system includes: Linux and Windows operating systems, the received information includes: landing/arrival time of the airplane, take off / landing runway information, gate position and other information. Flight service processing module mainly dealt with and gave response to the data flight information receiving module received, matched contract rules, acquired contract information in the database of the server, processed service plans for processing, co nducted available routine maintenance work on service plans and displayed the processed data in a friendly interface.Through the system functional test and non-functional test on the system, it was sure that the system had been able to give strong support for the ground service and met the expected functional requirements and non-functional requirementsof the system. The test results were generally in line with expectations, to meet the requirements of the system.
