Research Of Flight Control In Air Traffie Control (ATC) Automation System

Air traffic control(ATC) is used to prevent aircraft collide with each other, to prevent thecollision between aircraft and ground obstacles, and maintain an efficient, secure and stableenvironment of air traffic. In recent years, with the vigorous development of China’s civilaviation industry, the pressure of the aviation safety is increasing. And the air traffic controlservices play an increasingly important role in aviation safety and flight efficiency. Analysisof air traffic control has a practical significance to the promotion and strengthening ofnational aviation safety construction. Nowadays, very little research for the flight controlmodule in ATC system.The purpose of the flight control studied in this paper is to protect the safety of aircraftflight, flight safety and orderly flight, airport flight traffic and reduce the waiting time. Theflight control is divided into three aspects, including flight safety and rules, flight scheduling,flight dynamics model, with emphasis on flight safety and rules, flight scheduling and flightdata.Firstly, we extracted all the flight control-related data, and scientifically and rationallyorganize and manage these data. Secondly, we evaluate flight safety, develop a feasible andsafe flight rules, and custom flight rules in the ATC simulation system. Thirdly, analyze theflight scheduling model, collected a variety of flight scheduling algorithm, including a firstcome first served (FCFS) algorithm, Priority scheduling algorithm, advanced algorithms,genetic algorithms, simulated annealing algorithm and so on. Of these algorithms, inaccordance with the actual demand of the system, select the fittest scheduling algorithm. Thencombined with the flight conflict alert, realize the flight scheduling of air traffic control (ATC)simulation system. Fourthly, study and sorted the theoretical knowledge of flight dynamicsmodel. Finally, we test the flight control module.Through the ATC simulation system, we can manage the ATC data and observe theflight maneuvers and flight scheduling operate correctly.
